Use this form to upgrade your membership status to " & Configurations.GetUser04Article & " Free, Plus (US $200 Annual) or Expert (US $750 Annual). You can obtain your password via email from the password page.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION: Your credit card is required if you upgrade to Plus or Expert membership. Your credit card billing name and address must match the name and address in the <xmlLegal> database. If the addresses do not match or you are unsure, please update your membership information before proceeding. If your name in the <xmlLegal> database does not match the name on your credit card, please email support@xmllegal.org for assistance.
