Publication RequiredA new schema in new namespaces must be published to Licensor if instance documents based on the schema are published outside User's organization. 3.3. Right to Publish Schemas in RepositoryUser may store and publish <xmlLegal> Schema is repositories that conform to the rules and best practices of the <xmlLegal> Schema Framework. 4. Restrictions4.1. AttributionLicensor of licensed works must be identified on the Work itself or from a reference from the Work to Licensor. Any User who republishes licensed works must preserve the name of Licensor or a reference to Licensor. Nothing in this License shall work to disenfranchise Licensor if such parties are not listed on the work. 4.2. Perpetuation of General Public LicenseUser may only copy and distribute unmodified copies of licensed works, in any electronic medium, provided User binds any new User to this License by conspicuously and appropriately publishing on each copy of the licensed works or on any software developed around the licensed works either (a) the entire text of this License or (b) a link or reference to this License at http://www.xmllegal.org/Legal/GeneralPublicLicense.htm. DocumentationThe Licensor of Documentation retain all right, title, and interest in Documentation describing licensed works.
